At FlexAppeal4x4, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which gives you rights in relation to faulty goods and services. This Refund Policy applies to all products and services purchased from us either online, in-store, or through our workshop.

πŸ›’ Products – Online and In-Store

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not as described or advertised
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, incorrect selection, or misuse of the product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order products
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Clearance or discounted items clearly marked as non-refundable

Return Process

  • Contact us at info@flexappeal4x4.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Returns must be unused, in original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

πŸ”§ Workshop Services

All workshop labour is covered under a 12-month or 20,000 km workmanship warranty (whichever comes first). If you believe there has been an issue with our work:

  • Contact us immediately to arrange inspection.
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will offer rework, refund, or partial compensation as appropriate.

Refunds do not apply if:

  • The issue was caused by unrelated faults or third-party modifications
  • You supplied used or incompatible parts
  • The problem is outside the scope of the original job

⏱️ Refund Timeframes

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.
