This Shipping Policy outlines how FlexAppeal4x4 processes, dispatches, and delivers orders placed through our online store.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • If we are experiencing high order volumes or delays, we will notify you by email.
  • Orders placed after 1 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and delivery location.
  • We offer both standard and express options through trusted carriers (e.g., Australia Post, CouriersPlease, TNT).
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

🌏 Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide and to select international destinations.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on location and courier, typically 2–7 business days within Australia.

📦 Damages & Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If damaged, contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will work with you and the courier to resolve issues related to lost or damaged goods.
  • Claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

🔄 Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect is available from our workshop at 55 Morehead Street, Bungalow QLD 4870.
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1–2 business days.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID for collection.
