These Terms of Service outline the conditions under which FlexAppeal4x4 provides its products and services, both online and in person. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking mechanical services with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. This policy is written in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

🛠️ Workshop Services

  • All services are provided with due care and skill, in line with industry standards and ACL requirements.
  • Jobs will not commence without customer approval. Approval may be verbal, written, or implied through delivery of the vehicle and request for work.
  • Quotes are valid for 14 days and are subject to change if additional issues arise during work.
  • Special-order parts may require a deposit before ordering.

💸 Labour Rates & Pricing

  • Labour rates are available upon request and are subject to change without notice.
  • If a quote is not provided, services are billed at the current standard hourly rate as applicable to the job category, at the time of service.
  • We apply a tiered pricing structure based on the nature of the work:
    • Standard Mechanical Labour
    • Performance or Custom Modification Labour
    • Diagnostics or Specialist Work
  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

📦 Product Sales

  • All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice.
  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.
  • Refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for further product-related terms.

🔧 Warranties

  • All labour is covered by a 12-month or 20,000 km warranty (whichever comes first).
  • Warranty claims must be reported as soon as practicable to allow us to inspect the concern.
  • Customer-supplied parts, misuse, or unauthorised modifications may void warranty coverage.

🚫 Cancellations & Delays

  • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking.
  • Special orders and labour already performed may incur a cancellation fee.
  • FlexAppeal4x4 is not liable for delays caused by supply chain issues or force majeure events.
